By creating an account or using Katha Page (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Service is provided by Vajra Nexus LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Katha Page is designed for parents and caregivers to create stories for the children in their care. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Katha Page lets you generate personalized bedtime stories using artificial intelligence, including written narratives, illustrations, and audio narration. Stories are generated from the prompts you provide. Because content is AI-generated, output may vary and is offered on an “as is” basis.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. By submitting a prompt, you grant us a limited license to process it in order to generate and store your stories. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not infringe the rights of others or violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers minors. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Paid plans and story credits are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices, credit allowances, and billing cycles are described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We do not offer automatic renewal of gift purchases.

The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by Vajra Nexus LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, you may use the stories you generate for personal, non-commercial family use.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Katha Page is an entertainment and bedtime-routine product. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic service, and nothing in the Service constitutes medical or clinical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vajra Nexus LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
